Cream of Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushroom Bisque

Cream of Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushroom Bisque...DELICIOUS!

In saute pan melt: 3 Tablespoons butter
Add: 1 C. chopped broccoli
1C. chopped cauliflower
2 C. sliced mushroom
1 C. chopped onion

Cover and steam, stirring occasionally until tender

Meanwhile in large pot melt: 5 Tablespoons butter
Add: 5 Tablespoons flour and stir until well-blended and bubbling
Add: 2 cans chicken broth
Stir occasionally until broth has thickened
Add: 1 pint heavy cream (not 1/2 and 1/2, not whipping cream)
2 pinches pepper
mushrooms/veggies from other pan

Simmer until warmed through.
Will feed family of 6.
Enjoy!
