I was so thrilled to see that the city has some guy out with a snowplow, plowing a jogging path while some of the main intersections are still without sand.

Billings seems to have lost its mind! I just don't understand....I mean, jogging is important, but main roads should probably be done first!
I followed 4 snowplows up Main yesterday. The guy in front of me must not have read the paper about the 3 snowplow/car accidents on Wednesday, as he was following them too close.
